Hydroquinone USP 20 mg and 40 mg Respectively in Vanishing cream base.
Hydroquinone decreases melanin excretion from melanocytes. Hydroquinone is used as a depigmenting agent for the skin in conditions such as cholesma, melasma, freckles and lentigines.
Clariderm cream is useful for bleaching of skin conditions such as melasma, freckles, post inflammatory hyper pigmentation and other unwanted areas of hyper pigmentation.
Direction for Use
Apply Clariderm to the effective areas and rub in well twice daily especially at night, or as directed by your dermatologist.
Patients with known hypersensitivity to hydroquinone or to any other ingredients in the product should not use.
In normal use, a mild burning sensation probably be felt which is not harmful.
Avoid contact with the eyes. An un-necessary solar exposure should be avoided, or protective clothing should be worn to cover bleached skin in order to prevent re-pigmentation from occurring during the day. It should not be used for the prevention of sun burn or to bleach eye lashes and eye brows.
